FSMTA Competitions

Competitive auditions for students of junior high through college age students are sponsored by FSMTA. The instrumental categories include brass, piano, woodwinds, voice, and strings. The details of the program are available within the FSMTA Handbook. The auditions that are available are Byrd Memorial Piano Ensemble, Pre-College Chamber Music, Gray Perry Young Collegiate Contest, Concerto Contest, and Community Service Awards. There is an entry fee.

MTNA Competitions

Competitive state, regional, and national auditions for students of junior high school through college age students. The requirements and applications are published on the MTNA website. The instrumental categories include brass, piano, woodwinds, voice, and strings. The competitions are offered in student composition, junior performance, senior performance, young artist performance, and chamber music performance. There is an entry fee.
